3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or be doing so under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We sell and ship only to addresses within the United States.

4. Products

Our products are ready-made stocked inventory, held and shipped by us. Descriptions, measurements, and photographs are prepared as accurately as we can manage, though screen calibration means colors vary slightly between devices. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information at any time without prior notice.

Availability is not guaranteed. If a piece becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, we email you the same day and refund in full to your original payment method.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars and may change without notice. A change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before processing and give you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund, rather than quietly charging the wrong amount.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, and the contract between us forms when the order is dispatched. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where the delivery address is one we do not ship to, and we will always tell you the reason.

7. Payment and Authorization

Payment is taken in full at checkout and processed through the PayPal gateway. Submitting a payment confirms that you are authorized to use the method selected. Accepted methods, security arrangements, currency handling, and authorization holds are set out in our Payment Methods.

8. Failed Payments and Chargebacks

A declined payment means no order is created and nothing is captured. If a charge looks wrong to you, email us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most cases we see are a pending authorization or a refund still in transit, and we can usually resolve them the same day. A chargeback filed while we are already processing a refund freezes the transaction and slows the money down for you.

9. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, based on the delivery address, and shown as a separate line before you pay.

10. Shipping

Rates, cutoffs, processing times, delivery estimates, and carrier arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, and we are not able to guarantee carrier performance during weather events or peak volumes.

11. Returns and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Cancelling or changing an order before dispatch is governed by our Cancel & Change Order Policy. Both form part of these terms.

12. Acceptable Use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, republish our product photography, place fraudulent orders, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may suspend access where any of this occurs.

13. Intellectual Property

The text, photography, layout, and brand marks on this site belong to Malsain and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission. Third-party trademarks are not used in our listings. Notices about infringement are handled under our DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Onslow County, North Carolina.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The revised version is posted here with a new date, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept it. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were made.
